Get Involved - Join Mailing List

NEED VERBIAGE/FORMAT - ARE WE TAKING APPLICATIONS ONLINE?

I am wondering if I should just create a box on the pages maybe to the right or something where they simply fill it in to be on the mailing list instead of a whole page?

Also, what do you think of one page (Get Involved) and we have side bar links to forms instead of individual pages?
